X Men Dark Phoenix beats X Men Origins Wolverine, Apocalypse to register the WORST Rotten Tomatoes rating

X-Men Dark Phoenix starring Sophie Turner in the lead released in cinemas this week. The movie is a culmination to the X-Men Universe. The movie is the final X-Men movie to have released under the Fox Studios and it has failed to hit the mark. The X-Men movie has hit the cinemas amidst bad reviews. Film critics have not enjoyed the movie and it has reflected badly on X-Men Dark Phoenix’s Rotten Tomatoes ratings. With about 114 reviews, at the time of reporting, X-Men: Dark Phoenix has a rating of 22 percent on the site.

This is the worst rating for an X-Men movie is the last two decades. Before Dark Phoenix, X Men Origins Wolverine stood the lowest rated X-Men movie on the site. The Hugh Jackman starrer released in 2009 and scored a 37 percent rating. Sophie’s previous outing in the X-Men universe, X-Men Apocolypse has a rating of 47 percent. James Marigold’s Logan stands as the highest rated X-Men movie in the series. Hugh Jackman’s last outing as the Wolverine scored a 93 percent rating on the platform.
